Martin Mulcare asks Bozenna Hinton to share some reflections from her senior leadership experience, including her role as the 2010 President of the Actuaries Institute and 2025 President of the International Actuarial Association.

Bozenna Hinton, FIAA, GAICD is the Immediate Past President of the International Actuarial Association, which represents more than 90,000 actuaries across 115 countries and 74 full member associations. She served as President of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia in 2010. Her 30-year career in financial services has included senior executive and consulting roles, with leadership positions as General Manager of Product & Pricing at MLC Life and senior roles at EY and TAL.   Her expertise spans product development, pricing, valuation, risk management, and portfolio management across life insurance markets. She has also worked in general insurance, superannuation, reinsurance and non-traditional areas such as energy pricing.
